Common questions

Why does this cost what it costs?

You are paying for senior judgment on every decision, not for hours. A cheaper video usually costs more in the end, because it gets remade.

How long does a project take?

Most single pieces run three to five weeks from kickoff to final delivery. Programs run on an agreed monthly cadence. Rush work is possible and is quoted as rush.

Where does AI come in?

Concepting, visual generation, rough assembly, and versioning — the parts that are slow and expensive and don’t require taste. Story, structure and final edit are done by a person. On projects where AI-generated imagery appears on screen, we say so before you see the first cut.

Do you shoot live action?

Yes. Documentary-style interviews and on-location work are where Tracy started, and a lot of projects are stronger for having real footage in them.

Who actually does the work?

Tracy leads every project. Specialist crew — camera, sound, animation — comes in where a project calls for it.

Can we talk before committing to anything?

That’s the only way to start. Book a call and bring whatever you have, even if it’s just a problem and no brief.
