Once you subscribe, you can add as many editing requests as you like, and they will be delivered in that order, one after the other.

On average, most projects are completed in just two days or less. However, more complex productions can take longer depending on the scope and requirements.

Typical requests are delivered in 48 hours on average. This includes social media videos, simple animations, basic motion graphics, etc. If a project is larger in scope, expect to receive deliverables every 24 hours until the entire project is complete.

Studio Box is a boutique studio with a dedicated team of video editors and animators. While we maintain a small core team to ensure quality and consistency, we also partner with specialized artists for specific needs like 3D animation or complex visual effects.

We understand you may not have enough video production needs to fill up an entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two projects at the moment. That’s where pausing your subscription comes in handy.

Billing cycles are based on a 30-day period. Let’s say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you’ll have 9 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

Larger projects are broken down into manageable segments. This applies to full-scale video productions, animation series, extensive motion graphics, etc. You should expect to receive progress updates and deliverables every 24-48 hours until the entire project is complete.

We primarily work with industry-standard software including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Cinema 4D.

Studio Box offers flexibility in how you submit project requests using Trello. Common methods include directly via Trello, sharing Google docs or storyboards, or recording a brief Loom video to explain your vision. Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it’s fair game.

Yes. Studio Box does not cover the following: feature-length films, live streaming services, full-service video shooting (we focus on post-production and animation), audio production/music composition, and VR/AR development.

That’s fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional video production needs. There’s no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.
